It uses a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and KitKat (Android 4.4)  and you can nab this in the United States for as little as 20$ new. It is unlocked and ready to go. If you ever needed a spare wifi device (even if you don't activate it for service), you really won't beat this one. Let's see Apple make something like this. Droid Does!
